Please do not lay flat on your back or lean forward for 4 hours after treatment.
Avoid the following:
- hot showers,
- intense exercise,
- exposure to heat,
- don’t massage the area,
- avoid sun exposure,
alcohol, - pain killers,
fish oil, - herbal tea
- saunas.
