No Shows

A credit card is needed to book any service, By booking, you authorize Merakai to charge your credit card 50% cancellation within the 48 hour period or 75% no show fee of the scheduled value should you miss your visit without proper notification. (+tax and $5 card processing fee)

Late Policy

We try our best to schedule appointments accordingly. If you are 10 or more minutes late we will ask you to reschedule and your account will be charged the late cancellation fee. If you let us know you will not be able to make your appointment after your scheduled time it will be the full no show charge.

If you need to cancel your appointment within the 24hr time frame please contact Merakai directly, your card will be charged 50% of your scheduled service (plus tax + $5 processing) If we are unable to fill your appointment 

General policies

Arrival Time

Please aim to arrive on time if not early for your first appointment. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, we cannot guarantee that we can extend the time of your appointment.


Appointments Outside Studio Hours

Some of our services are offered outside of our regular running hours. If you have an appointment that is booked outside of those hours please note the studio door may be locked upon your arrival. Please call.

Bringing Children

Children are welcome to accompany you to your appointment. So long as they are respectful of their surroundings and can sit patiently through the allotted appointment time. 

Children under 5 are not recommended to attend any lash service due to the client having to keep their eyes closed for the duration.

Minors

Any client under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian when booking the following services. 

-Any Lash Service

-Brazilian or Brozilian

-Sunless tanning

-Teeth Whitening 

-Semi Permanent Eyebrows

The parent or guardian will be asked to sign the necessary documentation for the service. It is then up to the client and parent or guardian if they would like to stay for the duration of the service.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

If you find you are unhappy with any of the services please contact us within 48 hours. Within 48 hours we will be able to schedule a complimentary fix.  Any issues after 48 hours of your appointment or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will result in a full price for the next service provided.
